Alkaline diet is a diet based on the belief that certain foods, when consumed, leave an alkaline residue, or ash, in the body. Elements such as calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, and copper are said to be the principal components of this "ash". Alkaline diet influential with our pH body level.

When the body's pH level is in balance, the body reaches ideal weight and corrects negative health challenges naturally.

Here are some tips to make alkaline diet beneficial for our bodies:

1. Increase consumption of fruits and vegetables are still fresh. Avoid the use of sugar in the fruit and vegetable processing (juice).

2. Drink some water and avoid dehydration. Because 80% of our body is water, water consumption should be in accordance with the activity we do.

3. Avoid fast food, meat, and foods containing excess oil (fried foods)

4. Avoid the use of microwaves in the presentation of food. This is because microwaves can reduce the natural elements of a food.

5. Avoid the use of flavorings, soy sauce, sauces, and preparations that contain MSG
