Stress is one of the diseases related to human psychology. Stress is not only characterized by high emotional level, but there are also signs of stress that we can feel in our bodies. Among them:

1.  Cramping and abdominal pain : it is uncommon among the women. They will feel the pain in their abdomen.

2. Headache : it must have been very commonly experienced by everyone when they're stressed

3. Itchy skin : effect of stress hormones activate the nerve fibers that can cause itching sensation on the skin.

4. Insomnia : this is because you always think of things that make you stress, such as employment or debt. So that makes you will wake up many times from your sleep.

5. Acne : this is because stress can increase inflammation in the skin that can cause acne.
